Role: Instagram manager
Goal: Draw more customers to Nordstrom Rack at the Oakway Center by showcasing the products and deals that they have to offer and get users to engage with content.
What we know: Nordstrom Rack customers are primarily women ages 25-54 who seek high-quality brands at discounted prices. They’re interested in fashion, beauty, and premium brands but aren’t willing to pay full department store prices. Customers are often wealthy/middle-class and are seeking deals rather than just lower-priced options. They are deal-seeking, but prioritize quality and have a focus on “treasure hunt” shopping (good brands at lower prices). Notably, they are typically loyal to the Nordstrom brand, which sets them apart from competitors like Saks OFF 5th
